Season Membership FAQ

Why won’t I get a membership card? I can’t wait to go to games, how am I going to get in?

The Wellington Saints and TSB  Arena are going digital, which means you will get a mobile membership card to access games. You will be able to download your tickets straight to your phone, and use this to scan into games.  Read the ticket guide for more information on downloading tickets and transferring tickets to others.

If you don’t have a smart phone, or access to emails there will be alternative options. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you out.

 

Can I sit wherever I want?

Baller (Premium Memberships) will still be General Admission in Block 1.

Baller Up (Gold and Silver Memberships) will be seat select and will be your seat all season in Blocks 7 & 8

 

How can I pay for my Saints Membership?

Payment for your Saints Memberships can be made in one of two ways:

  • Upfront Payment – membership can be paid in one upfront instalment.
  • Monthly Instalments – memberships can be paid in 3 monthly instalments (December, January and February).

You can purchase a membership and join a monthly payment plan at any stage throughout the season.  An initial payment will be taken upon purchasing, which includes any catch-up payment amount to bring your membership payments up to date.

I can’t wait to get my membership pack, but I can’t make the first game

We will have these available for you at the first few games.

 

Mini Baller / Child Memberships

Mini Baller and Child memberships can be purchased for children aged 14 years and under. Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

Concession Memberships (Student & Old School)

A Concession membership can be purchased for someone who holds a valid Gold Card or is a full-time Student, ID may be requested on entry.

Where will the Saints games be?

The Saints will once again call the TSB Bank Arena home, for ALL 10 of our home games.

Doors will be opening 1 hour and 15 minutes before tip-off, make sure you’re early to witness the new and improved Wellington Saints run out!
