James Southerland III Released

The Wellington Saints have announced that they will be releasing James Southerland III due to an injury sustained during training. The team and management are disappointed to lose such a talented player and wish him a speedy recovery and all the best for the future.

Southerland joined the team at the beginning of the season and quickly became a valuable asset to the team. His strong leadership and skills on the court were highly regarded.

In a statement released by the team, General Manager Jordan Mills expressed his gratitude for Southerland's contributions to the Saints. "We want to thank James for his dedication and hard work during his time with us. He brought a lot to the team off the court and he really tried to get himself right to play for us unfortunately with this injury he's got a long recovery ahead,  we are sorry to see him go. We wish him a full and speedy recovery and all the best for the future."

The Wellington Saints will continue to focus on their upcoming games and their ultimate goal of bringing home another championship. Their next game is against the Auckland Tuatara on Sunday, and the team is looking forward to a strong performance as they move forward.
