The Wellington Saints are proud to support the development of youth basketball in New Zealand by bringing FREE, high-quality basketball skills training into schools in the greater Wellington Region. Students involved in the coaching program will have the opportunity to work with top performing NBL athletes in a series of training sessions that promote: fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, leadership, and FUN! This programme is fully accredited to Basketball New Zealand.

The Wellington Saints, partnered with Pak N' Save Kapiti and Mother Earth, will provide 200 tickets for each regular season home game to a number of schools in the greater Wellington Region. The Tickets in Schools program provides a unique opportunity for students to attend a professional sporting event with their families at no cost of their own. This year, the Tickets in Schools and Coaching in Schools programs will join forces to bring a comprehensive basketball experience to youth from the court to the stands!
