Saints to face another tricky double 20 May 2014

After a week off the Pacific Jewellers Saints will face a tricky double header which begins at home this Friday against the Rangers.

The Saints are currently in second place with seven wins and three losses, but if they can grab two wins this weekend then they will propel themselves closer to the top of the table Hawks.

Wellington will want redemption against the Rangers who upset them in Auckland a couple of weeks ago.

This time around the Saints will have Benny Anthony Jr and new import Brandon Bowman, who will make his debut.

The Rangers have a great shooting Australian duo of Jason Cadee and Darryl Corletto. Also playing for them is former Saints Dillon Boucher who is starting to find his form after a toe injury which kept him out for the start of the season.

Wellington remain unbeaten at TSB Bank Arena and will look to stay that way with your support!

The Saints will travel to Dunedin the following night to play the OceanaGold Nuggets, who have former Saints' Mark Dickel and Brendon Polyblank.

Both players are playing extremely good basketball and it will be a tough test for the Saints.
